Opposition party Leader Ranil Wickramasinghe had stated, instead of Rajapakse government, Peoples’ government would be build and in this intention,  an expanded opposition party’s Alliance is originated was stated by Opposition Party Leader Ranil Wickramasinghe.

Opposition party’s expanded Alliance was originated after United National Front was launched was mentioned by him. He mentioned by eradicating family politics, action would be taken to build a democracy politics with people’s support. He mentioned it is much established that law and order is getting destroyed in the country, which could be gauged from the news items publishing daily. Opposition party leader stated, detaining the northern refugees, suppression of the trade union activities, ruthlessness of police division and media suppressions, which could be listed of the present rulers violated activities against democracy was pointed out by him. He mentioned, an atmosphere should be originated for all the people to be respected equally.
